*****SHIPPING POLICY*****

Shipping will be provides by the United States Post Office unless a different carrier is requested.

*****DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING:
If something breaks during shipping,
FIRST OF ALL: take a few photos right away so I could verify the damage. Email me the photo(s) at indre@hellomygoddess.com .
SECOND OF ALL: please be patient until I assess the damage and we see how to proceed.
THIRD: please put the merchandise back in it's original package . If a piece of jewelry broke, it's best to put all the pieces in a zip-lock bag ASAP. When I get back to you via email, I'll let you know what to do next.

*****LOSSES DURING SHIPPING:
This is highly unusual.
I ship to the address you leave me.
PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT! I cannot be responsible for an incorrect shipping address! (Yes, I've had someone leave an old address of hers where she hadn't lived for over 3 years. Yeah, that kinda sucked for all of us!)

*****FAULTY or DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
The clothing I make pretty much can endure a lot of wear and tear. And so far, so good, there haven't been any problems with faulty nor damaged merchnadise in all these years! *happy dance* *whew*! But, hey, you never know, right? Take a photo right away of anything that looks faulty. And contact me ASAP. We'll come to a mutural agreement how to best deal with the situatiion.

Please DO keep in mind that the jewelry tends to be fragile, in general, so please handle the pieces delicately. Especially amber. Amber is fragile. Think of it as golden porcelain.

*****ABOUT SHIPPING FEES:
You will be responsible for shipping fees for purchases under $450.

*****ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES:

IF AN ITEM IS READY TO SHIP, it will be sent out within 1-3 business days after your oder is placed AND paid. If I do not receive the payment within 7 days after the order, I shall proceed to cancel the order. In case you are having problems with payment, please let me know and we could come to a mutual agreement!

IF AN ITEM IS MADE TO ORDER, Please see each separate listing description for production times. You can also write me to ask.

*****RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:

Although I cannot tell you exactly when your package will arrive, since this depends on the postal offices of both my country and yours, it usually takes about 2-5 days within the USA, and anywhere between 10-30 days to Europe, Asia, Australia, and everywhere else. Some countries are particularly slooooooowwww. I had sent one pack to Russis a few years ago and it took 3 months for her to get it.
During big holidays it may take way more.
Please plan accordingly!
If you are hoping to give your order as a present, yet it doesn't arrive on time, then here is a good idea:
print out a photo of the purchase you made
and place it inside a greeting card for your friend/relative;)))

*****INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS / DUTY FEES:
If you are placing an order outside of the United States, you may/may not have to pay extra fees ("CUSTOMS / DUTIES"). Since each country has its own custom laws, and sometimes change them with no due notice, unfortunately, I do not know when, nor exactly why, this may happen. Please be aware of this possiblility! ou could inquire at your local post office. They should be able to give you the best answer. (Ok, yeah, I know, in some places the post workers are not very helpful....gosh...patience!)
